First day back in the states in about ten days. It was nice being able to sleep in my own bed in the cold air conditioner. I relaxed a lot today 🙂 The gym was very hard. I felt slow and fat and defeated by my own weakness. Tomorrow is a new day, and I can’t wait to see how the Lord will bless me.
Tuesday: 10 min. elliptical @ 10 (1.33 mi.), WOD (100 jumping jacks, 75 air squats, 50 push-ups, 25 burpees, 50 jumping jacks, 38 air squats, 25 push-ups, 13 burpees) 18:35 min., 20 min. walking @ 4 (1.5 mi.) with varying inclines
Felt WAY better in the gym today. I know it’s going to take time, but it’s about progress, not perfection. I spent A LOT of money today on scrubs, oh well 🙂 Me and josh got to spend some good time together shoe shopping for him. He found a pair of shoes, and i paid half!
Wednesday: 10 min. elliptical @ 10 (1.33 mi.), WOD (3-3-3-3-3 clean and press: 45-55-65-75-80) 9:15 min., 10 min. cybex @ 20/30 (.46 mi.), 10 min. walk @ 4.5 mph (.75 mi.), 10 min. cybex @ 20/30 (.45 mi.), 10 min. walk @ 4.5 mph (.75 mi.)
Today is mom’s birthday! Me and josh pick up paige from school around 3 then later we are going to dinner at your pie.
Thursday: legs and abs weightlifting 60 min., 23 min. walk (1.3 mi.), 13 min. bike ride (2.6 mi.)
Friday: walk @ 4.5 mph for 60 min., 10 min. upper body weights, stretching
Saturday: 43 min. outdoor circuit (walk 1/3 ish of mi., 1 round tabata- squats/punching bag, 2nd round tabata- pushups/lunges/jumping jacks/punching bag… repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds), bike ride for 20 min.
