Monday: cage fitness 30 min., 34 min. full body circuit, 20 min. walk at 4.5 mph, 30 min. bike ride, 5 min. abs, 5 min. walk
EATS: smoothie (1 c UVAM, 1 banana, 1 T SFFF butterscotch jell-o, 2 scoops vi nutritional shake mix, 1/4 c kashi go lean crunch), grande skinny cinnamon dulce latte, eel roll (10 pieces), 1/2 graham cracker and 1 T pb, hamburger wrap (tortilla, feta, cheddar, pickle, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, burger) and watermelon, puffins and trail mix bar

Tuesday: cage fitness 30 min., 41 min. leg weights, 20 min. walk at 4.5 mph
EATS: smoothie (1 c UVAM, 1 banana, 1 T SFFF chocolate jell-o, 2 scoops vi nutritional shake mix, 3 T granola, 2 T raisins), tortilla with PB, chicken breast with honey mustard/ranch, 1/2 c trail mix, 1/2 hot dog bun with pb, 1 egg roll and shrimp fried rice, 2 bars, 1/2 pb sand.

Wednesday: cage fitness 30 min., 30 min. upper body weights, 20 min. walk at 4.5 mph, 20 min. bike ride
EATS: smoothie (1  c UVAM, 2 scoops vi, 1 T PB2, 1 T SFFF chocolate jell-o, 1 banana, 1/4 c low fat granola), 2 boiled eggs, 1 c greek yogurt with strawbs/blubs/melon/cantelope and a graham cracker with pb (1-2 T?), watermelon and turkey slices, wine, chicken breast made into a wrap with cheese and lettuce with honey mustard dipping sauce, watermelon

Thursday: cage fitness 30 min., 60 min. walk at 4 mph, 30 min. bike ride, 300 abs (7 min.)
EATS: nature valley protein bar, smoothie (1 c UVAM, 2 scoops vi, 1 T SFFFCJ, 1 T pb2, 1 banana, 1/4 cup kashi, 2 T raisins), 1/2 c egg whites with 1/2 c turkey sausage and a slice of cheese, 1 whole wheat bagel with pb and cream cheese, a couple carrots with hummus, a couple cheese its, ham and cheese calzone

Friday: 60 min walk (30 @ 4.5 mph, then 30 @ 4-4.2 mph), 12 min. full body circuit (BR), 10 min. bike ride
EATS: 1/2 c greek yogurt/1 banana/ 1/4 c pb puffins, 1 plum, wrap (ww tortilla, 1 slice cheese, ham, turkey, lettuce, pickles) with hm/r dipping, pita chips and hummus, 1 plum, 1 plum, 1 ham and pinapple calzone

Saturday: 1 hr. walk over the bridge, cage fitness 30 min., dig a hole (!)
EATS: protein bar, 3 shrimp spring rolls, 2 T duck sauce, 1 pina colada, trail mix bar, 1 shot of vodka, 6 chicken wings, a few french fries, 1 piece of cornbread, 1 graham cracker with pb

Sunday: 65 min. walk at 4 mph
EATS: 1 c kashi honey sunshine, 1 c UVAM, 1/2 banana, 1 tsp chai seeds, 1 T granola, 2 plums, watermelon, smoothie (1 C UVAM, 2 scoops vi, 1 T vanilla caramel latte, 1/2 serv. kashi cinn harvest, handful of blubs), 1 plum, 1 smart dog on a bun with saurkrout and k/m, chips and queso/salsa, few bites of veggies, pb sandwich, 1 trail mix bar, 1 plum, 1 graham cracker with pb
