Hello darlings 🙂
Last night I did not sleep well at all. I got in bed at a decent hour, but it took me at least two hours to fall asleep. No bueno! I slept good, when I finally fell asleep, but was woken up kind of early by a wrong number… Feeling as if the odds were for me, I decided to go ahead and get up. I had to take care of some things anyway, so I got them done, then headed out to get my sweat on.
Breakfast this morning was a nutritional latte, which included: 1.5 C of coffee, 2 scoops of vi-shape nutritional shake mix, and 1 T sugar-free hazelnut creamer. Once I
guzzled sipped my breakfast, I was full and ready for a workout!
For my sweat sesh today, I did day 4 of Bodyrock.tv May challenge, which included a 12 minute body rock workout and a body sculpt workout, which I completed in 12:34. I ended up my gym sesh by walking 1 hour on the treadmill at 4.5 mph. I got to watch two episodes of weeds. I am currently obsessed with this show, and if I walk for an hour everyday (my goal), I will be caught up with the show in no time!
When I got home, I walked my dog and then gave her a bath! My clean little puppy is now curled up in her chair and sleeping like a baby 🙂
Lunch today was a variety and excessive amount of things. I first made a protein shake, which included: 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2 scoops vi-shape nutritional shake mix, and 1 scoop 100% chocolate whey protein. Along side my shake I had a banana with 1 T skippy natural peanut butter. About half and hour later, I still felt kind of hungry, and knew I hadn’t really eaten that much today, so I ate some turkey slices and a few chips. The chips weren’t the healthiest choice, but I wanted something salty and it is not an everyday thing that I eat chips, so I do not feel guilty.
Right now, I am just catching up on some e-mails and relaxing. I probably don’t have that much more time to just be able to relax, so I sure as hell am going to enjoy it while I can! I’m going to moe’s later with my parents for “moe’s monday”.
